With each client, we assign our own Merchandisers and QC Staff who have experience in dealing with the relevant product categories based on clients’ needs, scale, and product range required.

Our team of Merchandisers work with You, your Purchasing Officers or Project Managers from Start to Finish: beginning with product/equipment/system specifications (Form/Fit/Function) that you want tailored to your Market & Operation, to Quality Control when goods are ready for inspection, and Logistical support to get it to your nearest Port.

Supplier Matching

The first step is understanding your product specifications, order volume, timeline, and program/project particulars. 

This process entails our Merchandisers looking up multiple Manufacturers by specialty across China, elsewhere, and within our database to engage and assess their capabilities, product-service match, production process and schedule availability, relevant certifications and manufacturing standards, latest pricing and minimum order quantities, as well as company history, standing, and reliability.

Placing Orders

Once your product or system specifications are confirmed with a supplier and the sales terms are finalized with that supplier (i.e., FOB China price in USD, deposit required, payment before delivery, logistics, etc.)

Payments are processed by our Hong Kong banking institution, and we place direct orders with vetted suppliers to fulfill your production. From there we manage and remedy any incidents or problems that might occur along the supply-chain as a Hong Kong company with legal recourse in China.

Export/Import Compliance

Depending on the product category and product/system/packaging specifications, there will be a compliance process that we will need to undertake together with you - both in the country of origin and the country of import. 

We will be responsible for navigating the export compliance process and giving you timely updates as to pertinent requirements/ conditions that require your input, and any changes or developments in the country of origin.
